Up ahead, coming from the shadows at the back of the cave, is the sound of something pressing down on something. Or maybe, it&#8217;s the sound of someone hitch hiking. It&#8217;s much cooler than he deserves. Because The Thumb has no discernable skillz, every round you will successfully strike him and do damage. You literally cannot miss him. However, because he&#8217;s such a giant stupid thumb, he will always strike you too. He cannot be avoided. Every time the thumb hits you, roll a die and note the following effect:<br>1 &#8211; pointless tax cut, gain 1 gold piece<br> 2 &#8211; incompetent squash &#8211; he misses you and damages himself for 2 health<br>3 &#8211; caught in a lie &#8211; he tells an obvious fib and embarrasses himself for 4 points of damage<br>4 &#8211; business blustering &#8211; he spouts some corporate jargon at you for 1 point of damage<br>5 or 6 &#8211; undeserved luck &#8211; strikes you for 2 damage.<br>Remember! You will still do damage as usual for each of your attacks. The amount of damage will vary, depending on what attack you&#8217;ve made. If all of that is too confusing, just do your best and interperet these rules in the way that makes the most sense to you.<\/font><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-primary\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/gooseyourownadventure.com\/index.php\/357-2\/\">The thumb slayed me.
